The fracture is usually caused by direct violence, and often combined with toenail injuries, open fractures.
1. No Shifted: 2-3 weeks to rest.
2. Single shifted fracture: manual reduction, adjacent toe fixed, early walking.
3. Most fractures: reduction and plaster fixation 2-3 weeks to functional exercise.
1. Avoid strenuous activity of limb, the elevating limb position when bed rest, to promote venous return, limb swelling and relieve pain.
2. Oral blood circulation drug treatment.
3. High-protein and high-fiber diet, to promote healing.
4. Periodic X-ray Review.
