Metatarsal Fracture

Fractures are mostly caused by direct violence, and fifth metatarsal fracture often alone occurs (peroneus brevis muscle strength due to traction). It often has an oblique fracture line, and there is overlapping shifts. Thus the loss of the normal curve metatarsal head wires, causing transverse arch collapse, metatarsal head pain. After the metatarsal neck fracture, if not corrected, each unit has pain.
