Radius and ulna shaft fracture is a common upper extremity injuries, including fractures of the radius and ulna double, or simply pure ulnar shaft fractures radial whille ulnar joint is normal.
1. The non-displaced fracture or single ulna, or the fracture of radius slight displacement, can be fixed by feasible splints, topical medicine such as exercise.
2. Impose manual reduction to a more significant shift of fracture. Stablely fixed by head-board for at least 5-7 weeks.
3. Manipulation of unstable fractures and open fractures can be applied. Neurovascular injury inline fixation surgery.
