In July 2024, Shanghai Sanyou Medical Co., Ltd. and Donghua University co-established the Donghua-Sanyou Joint Innovation Center for Orthopedic Flexible Materials. Leveraging the complementary strengths of both parties, the center aims to build a high-level innovative R&D platform focused on key technological breakthroughs in the application of flexible materials in orthopedics, and to accelerate the translation and commercialization of research outcomes. The center strives to boost the overall competitiveness of China’s medical device industry and contribute to improved global health and well-being.
