2021

Sanyou acquired a controlling stake in SMTP, a domestic leader in ultrasonic surgical energy devices.
Sanyou won all three bidding groups in the trauma centralized procurement covering 12 provinces and municipalities.
The Zina II MIS Spine System was launched.

2022

Strategic partnerships were established with Bongros (bone graft substitute), FLAGSHIP (bone cement),
and CMDC (bone filling container).
Suzhou Tytus Medical Technology Co., Ltd. was officially opened.

2023

All spinal centralized procurement bids were awarded and fully implemented.
Sanyou was designated as a participating institution for the National Key R&D Program:
Research on Clinical Application Solutions for OLIF Based on High-Osteoinductive Biomaterials.

2024

Precision Fusion, Future-Ready — Catalan
3D-printed Titanium Alloy Cage System was launched.
Implanet, a subsidiary of Sanyou, obtained
FDA clearance for its innovative spinal products.

2025

Red Dot Winner 2025: Zeus
Sanyou formed strategic partnership with South Korea's CGBio Inc.
The Spinal Surgery Navigation and Positioning System developed by Agloe, an incubated enterprise of Sanyou, entered the innovative medical device approval pathway.
The Porous Surface PEEK Interbody Cage developed by Yunite, a subsidiary held by Sanyou, entered the innovative medical device approval pathway.
Sanyou acquired full ownership of SMTP, a leading domestic supplier of ultrasonic energy surgical instruments.
Sanyou’s Zeus Spinal System obtained upgraded FDA 510(k) clearance.

2026
