Responsibilities
 

- Be responsible for programming new products and operating. Fig out the problems during the trial producing period, and feedback it to R&D team and manufactory technical guys timely. 
 

- Implement CNC software management policy, process management policy and equipment management policy. Coach the operators how to use the numerical control equipment and production procedures.
 

- Code CNC program. Be responsible for program’s transmission, testing, trial operation and documentation.
 

- Optimize the CNC program, assist technical members to set up the production process. Be responsible for CNC equipment’s tooling design and non-standard tool design. 
 

- Deliver the technical training to CNC operators and give them daily coach. 
 

- Test and verify the software.

 

Requirements
 

- College degree or above
 

- At least 2 years’ experience in Heidenhain system for 5 axis machine CNC programming (DMG machine).
